With over 25 years of experience in career counselling and student guidance, I have dedicated my professional journey to helping students make informed academic and career choices. Having counselled thousands of students through one-on-one interactions, seminars, workshops, and media platforms, I am now expanding my services online to reach students across India and around the world.

A well-known career guidance expert in Rajasthan, I have delivered more than 100 career counselling seminars and motivational sessions, empowering students to identify their strengths and pursue meaningful career paths. My expertise extends to higher education opportunities in India and abroad, guiding aspiring students towards admission in reputed national and international universities.

I have authored over 150 articles on education, careers, and student development, published in leading newspapers and magazines. My career guidance television programme, DISHAYEN, telecast on DD-1, has helped more than one lakh students make informed decisions about their future careers.

My contribution to the field of career counselling has also been recognised through The Pathfinder, a Coffee Table Book published by Dainik Bhaskar, which featured my article, “10+2 and Beyond.”
